Shipping Policies

The shipping and delivery conditions of the purchased products may be chosen from among the options offered on the site.

An approximate period of between 24 hours and 72 hours is established in the Metropolitan Region (business days and not holidays), for the effective delivery of the product from the moment in which payment is reliably recorded.

For regions, times may vary, so we consider a dispatch time of a maximum of one week for regions with the exception of Punta Arenas and Coyhaique, in which cases the dispatch is approximately 15 business days.

The order will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Due to company policies, the dispatcher is not authorized to enter your home or receive cash. The order will be delivered to the entrance of the building, home or office.

At the time of delivery, the customer will have 10 minutes to receive the order. If the customer does not receive the order within that period of time, the carrier will be forced to retain the order and continue with the route. The rescheduling or withdrawal of the order will have to be coordinated with the ewine.cl headquarters

Dispatches will not be accepted at specific times, nor will dispatches be accepted after 7:00 p.m. unless these have been previously coordinated with the headquarters or a seller. Delivery within the indicated times is not guaranteed for orders with specific shipping conditions, therefore, these will be subject to further delay or having to be picked up locally.

Although we take serious care to provide excellent service to our customers, we do not compensate in case of additional delay than what we promise.

At the time of delivery to the client (or person authorized by the client) they are asked to sign a document proof of delivery. By doing this, the customer takes charge of the order, and confirms that it has been delivered completely and without any observations or lack of product. If the customer finds something broken in their order, they are responsible for contacting the relevant departments to solve the problem.

If the customer realizes, after having signed, that one or several products are missing from their order, the business and Ewine.cl are NOT responsible, but will dedicate resources to investigate what happened, without guaranteeing to deliver the missing item (only will be delivered in the event that the business or Ewine.cl determines that it was an internal error, beyond any reasonable doubt).
